Sizzling Hot Roulette Online Live Casino Game

Introduction

Welcome to one of the finest live dealer gaming experiences in the world.

It’s possible to change your ROULETTE table or select another live game at any time by pressing the LIVE GAMES MENU button. You will not be removed from your table until you have actually selected the new table you wish to join, so the LIVE GAMES MENU button can be used to browse other games whilst still playing at the table.

For the Rules of ROULETTE then please refer to the How To Play section.

The game screen consists of a black toolbar at the bottom of the screen and the gaming window (showing the live video) above.

In the gaming window there are a number of key elements: see the Screen Elements section.

Sure bets

Staking money explicitly and/or persistently on bets with a 70% chance of winning or over (sure bets) is forbidden on this platform. The operator reserves the right to block the player´s account and prevent and/or withhold any winnings achieved by such a breach of the platform’s regulations and/or other violations of the applicable T&C´s.

How To Play

Game Overview

Roulette is played by spinning a small ball onto a round wheel with thirty-seven numbered slots. When the wheel stops, the ball comes to rest in one of these slots. The object of Roulette is to correctly predict the slot number in which the ball will land. By predicting the right number, you earn a payoff on your bet. The size of the payoff depends on the nature of the bet placed.

How to Play

Select the amount you would like to bet on a given spin by clicking the left mouse button on a chip, and clicking on the appropriate betting fields of the gaming table.

Your total bet will be displayed in the “Total Bet” window.

You may repeat the bets placed in your last game by clicking on the repeat button. If you have selected to repeat your last round’s bet, you will then have the chance to double that bet, provided you have sufficient funds available.

If you place a wager that is lower than the minimum table bet limit, you will receive a pop up message when the betting period is over and your bet will be rejected.

If you place a bet that is higher than the maximum table limit, a tooltip will appear reminding you of the maximum bet limit and you will not be able to place the bet.

You can place many different kinds of bets on the Roulette table. Each type of bet covers a certain range of numbers, and each type has its own payoff rate. The short lines of three numbers are called rows on the board, while the longer lines of twelve numbers, are called columns.

The first five types of bets are all made on the numbered space or on the lines between them and are called inside bets, while the last three types are made on the special boxes below and to the left of the board and are called outside bets. When you move your mouse over the betting table, the numbers that would be included if you bet on that spot turn opaque. The different types and payoffs for each bet type are summarized below:

Bet Type Explanation

Straight Up – Place your chips directly on any single number (including zero).

Split Bet – Place your chips on the line between any two numbers (excluding zero).

Street Bet – Place your chips at the end of any row of numbers. A street bet covers three numbers.

Corner Bet – Place your chips at the corner where four numbers meet. All four numbers are covered.

Line Bet – Place your chips at the end of two rows on the intersection between them. A line bet covers all the numbers in both rows, for a total of six numbers.

Column Bet – Placing a chip in one of the boxes marked “2 to 1” at the end of the columns covers all the numbers in that column, for a total of twelve numbers. (The zero is not covered by any of the columns).

Dozen Bet – Placing a chip in one of the three boxes marked “1st 12,” “2nd 12,” or “3rd 12” covers those twelve numbers in the sequence of numbers 1 to 36.

Red/Black, Even/Odd, 1 to 18/19 to 36 – A chip placed in one of these six boxes on the board covers the 18 numbers on the board as described in that box. (The zero is not covered by any of these boxes.) Each box covers eighteen numbers.

Special Bets – These are a number of multiple bets that are traditional to the game. Each bet covers a different group of numbers. These bets are available through the special bets button. Payouts vary for these bets.

Neighbour Bets – These are bets which can be placed according to the numbers as they appear on the roulette wheel, rather than the roulette table. These can be accessed by clicking on the special bet icon and are available on the corresponding text ladder or the relevant part of the wheel map.

Lux Blackjack Online Table Game

Pull up a seat at the Lux Blackjack table and play against the dealer in the classic game of Blackjack. Receive your initial hand of two cards and from there, it’s down to you. Twist to take another card, hold to go against the dealer’s hand. Will you beat the dealer and get closest to 21?

The aim of Lux Blackjack is to get a hand worth 21 points. You win if you have a Blackjack or a higher card value than the dealer. But if you exceed 21, you’ll lose to the dealer and your bet amount goes to the casino.

RTP: 99.60%

Royal Crown Blackjack Online Table Game

21 is the lucky number! It’s time to put your gut feeling to the test with the casino classic, Blackjack! Will the next card take you it, will you beat the dealer? Try your luck now in the game against the dealer!

The aim of Blackjack is to achieve a hand whose card values added together will total 21 or as close as possible without exceeding 21 (‘going bust’). Aces count as 1 or 11 and all picture cards (jack, queen, king) count as 10. If you have a 10 or a picture card plus an ace, you have Blackjack, which beats all other hands.

RTP: 99.60%

Game Rules

Right after entering Royal Crown Blackjack select the amount you wish to bet in the game. Then set the exact value of the chips you want to play using ‘Bet –’ or ‘Bet +’. You can play with up to 3 hands at the same time. Each hand has its own area on the table where you can place your bets.

Once you have placed your bets, start the game by clicking ‘Deal’. Each active hand now receives 2 cards. The dealer also receives 2 cards, one face-down.

If the opening card is a 10, the dealer immediately checks whether they have Blackjack. If they have, the second card is revealed and the round is over.

If the first card is an Ace, an insurance round is played. In the insurance round, you can insure each active hand in case the dealer has Blackjack. Each hand that opts for insurance pays half of the existing bet. Once you have decided for each hand, the dealer checks whether they have Blackjack. If they have, the second card is revealed and the round is over.

In the normal case, when the dealer doesn’t have Blackjack in their hand or an insurance round is played, you play your active hands one after the other. For each hand, you have to decide whether to draw another card with the ‘Card’ button. You can take several cards, one after another, as long as the hand does not exceed the total value of 21.

If you don’t want to take any more risks, select ‘No card’. The value of your hand is then frozen and it’s the turn of the next hand.

Going bust

If drawing a card causes the value of a hand to exceed 21, it ‘goes bust’ and is out of the game. It’s then the next hand’s turn (if there is another active hand).

Doubling

Before you decide to draw another card, you have the option of ‘doubling’. With this option, you only receive one extra card and then it’s the next hand’s turn.

Splitting

If the first two cards in a hand have the same value, you can ‘split’ it into 2 hands. An additional bet in the amount of the first bet is then placed outside the play area. The dealer splits the cards, draws another card for each of the two hands and assigns each hand its bet. It is not possible to split again.
If one of the new hands scores 21 with just 2 cards, this does not count as Blackjack. If 2 Aces are split, only one extra card can be added before the other hands are played.

Dealer’s turn

Once you have played all your hands, it’s the dealer’s turn. The face-down card is now revealed and the dealer keeps drawing additional cards until they have reached 17 points. Then the round ends and the winner is determined.

Points

Each card scores according to its numerical value. Face cards are worth 10 points, and aces count as either 1 or 11 points. The value of a hand is based on the total value of the individual cards. If a hand scores 21 points with just 2 cards, this is Blackjack. This scores higher than a 21-point hand with more than 2 cards.

Scoring

When determining the winner, each player’s hand is evaluated separately:

•    If your hand scores more than 21 points, you have gone bust and lose automatically regardless of the dealer’s hand.
•    If your hand scores 21 points or less and the dealer goes bust, you win.
•    If the dealer has Blackjack and you do not, the dealer wins. However, you can win the Blackjack insurance if you paid for it earlier. This will be paid out in the ratio 2:1.
•    If you have Blackjack and the dealer does not, then you win your bet in the ratio 3:2.
•    Blackjack is not possible with a split hand. A 2-card hand with 21 points wins at 1:1, but you lose if the dealer has Blackjack.
•    If nobody has Blackjack in this round, you win if your hand scores higher than the dealer’s.
•    If both hands score the same, the game is a draw and the bets are returned.

BLACKJACK

Introduction

Welcome to one of the finest live dealer gaming experiences in the world.

You can change your Blackjack table or select any other live game at any time by pressing the LIVE GAMES MENU button. You will not be removed from your table until you have actually selected the new table you wish to join, so the LIVE LOBBY can be used to browse other games whilst still playing at the table.

Rules of Blackjack are detailed in the How To Play section.

The game screen consists of a black toolbar at the bottom of the screen and then the gaming window (showing the live video) above.

In the gaming window there are a number of key elements: see the Screen elements section.

How To Play

The Object of the Game

The object is to achieve a higher card count than the croupier without exceeding a count of 21.

The Bet

Select the seat and left click on chip value(s) you want to place and click on your seat position. Each click on the seat position will add another chip to the bet.

The Play

Beginning on the croupier’s left, a card is dealt face up to each player in turn with the croupier being last in rotation.

A second card is then dealt in the same manner, face up to each player and the croupier gets a hidden card. Once all initial cards are dealt, each player gets a turn to improve their counts. The order of the turns is the same as the order the cards were dealt. During your turn, you have the option of standing or hitting (drawing) one or more cards to improve your count. Once you stand, your turn is over.

If you exceed a count of 21, this is called a bust, and you lose your bet immediately; otherwise, your bet remains unresolved.

If your initial count (with two cards) is 21, this is called a Blackjack. You are not allowed to draw (hit) on a Blackjack. If there is no possibility that the croupier also has a Blackjack (that is, the croupier’s card is neither a face card, a Ten, nor an Ace), then you win your bet immediately upon the start of your turn, and your bet is paid off at 3 to 2. If there is a possibility that the croupier also has a Blackjack, the resolution of your bet is delayed until the croupier’s final count is established.

After all players have had a turn, the croupier turns the hidden card over, then stands or draws as appropriate, according to the house strategy. If the croupier exceeds a count of 21, she busts, and all unresolved bets are winners.

If she stands without busting, each player’s count is then compared to the croupier’s. If your count is closer to 21 than the croupier’s, you win. If the croupier’s is closer, you lose. If you and the croupier tie, the bet is a push (a standoff), which means you neither win your bet nor lose it. Once all bets have been resolved, the croupier announces the beginning of the next betting period.

The Cards

Face cards (Jacks, Queens, and Kings) are worth 10, while Aces are worth 1 or 11. After a player has stood, a hand containing one or more Aces is considered to be at its highest possible value without exceeding 21.

Player Options

After the first two cards are dealt, each player gets an opportunity to improve their counts. They may also alter their wagers in the following ways:

Splitting Pairs:

Pairs, two cards of equal value, may be split into two separate hands (sub hands), each with a bet equal to the original bet amount. If you split your hand, the second card, for both sub hands, is dealt immediately after the split is made and you are permitted to stand or hit one or more cards to improve the count.

Once you stand on your first sub hand, your second sub hand is dealt a second card, and you are then permitted to stand or hit on that hand. Split aces are an exceptional case.

When you split a pair of Aces, each sub hand receives exactly one additional card with no option to you to hit. Further, a count of 21 with the two cards in a sub hand of split Aces is not consider blackjack, and will lose to a croupier’s Blackjack.

Doubling Down:

After the first two cards are dealt, you have the option to double down, which means you wager an additional amount equal to your original bet and receive exactly one more card on that hand. However, you aren’t allowed double down after splitting a pair.

Insurance:

If the croupier’s 1st card is an Ace, you may obtain insurance, which is a wager of a sum equal to one half of your original bet. If the croupier draws a Blackjack, the insurance pays two to one. If the croupier fails to draw a Blackjack, you lose your insurance. You may obtain insurance even if you have Blackjack.

The House Strategy:

Unlike the players, the house has no choice in whether it hits or stands its hand. The house must: Hit on a count of 16 or less; Stand on 17 or more. A soft hand is a hand in which an Ace may be counted as either 1 or 11 without the count exceeding 21.

A hard hand is a hand in which all Aces may only be counted as 1 each to avoid the count exceeding 21. * If there are any mistakes between hands, we will push the hand.

Payouts:

A Blackjack, a two-card 21 not arising on split Aces, is paid at three to two as long as the croupier does not also have a Blackjack. If both you and the croupier have a Blackjack, the bet is a push. A Blackjack beats any three-or-more-card 21. All other winning bets are paid at one to one. A croupier/ player tie is a push and neither wins nor loses. You bust and lose your bet with a card count exceeding 21.

Screen Elements

Bet Behind Table

Introduction

The Blackjack Bet Behind table allows you to place bets on real players sitting at the table. When they win, you win. It’s as simple as that.

Here you can place bets on as many of the players as you wish. The game you are betting on is actually the Public Blackjack table.

If you bet on a player who chooses not to bet, your bet will be refunded immediately.

Double down / Split

During the game, the player you are betting on may decide to double down or split. If you have not cleared the checkboxes on the introduction screen, then your stake will automatically double and be deducted from your account. Should you wish to change this and NOT double your stake, you need to leave and re-enter the table and then untick the checkboxes on the introduction screen.

The Play

To place your bets, left click on the chip you wish to wager and then click on the yellow bet behind betspot(s) that you wish to use. You will not be asked to confirm your bets.

There will not be any limit for the number of players that can bet behind on a particular seat.

The seated player will make all play decisions like hit, stand, split and double down. You will only be prompted if you want insurance. This is a wager of a sum equal to one half of your original bet. If the croupier draws a Blackjack, the insurance pays two to one. If the croupier fails to draw a Blackjack, you lose your insurance. You may obtain insurance even if the player you are betting on has Blackjack.

Should the player you are betting on decide to split and you have taken the option NOT to double your stake (You cleared the checkbox), then your bet will only apply to the hand on the left.

With side bet options, players will enjoy an enhanced game and will grow their bank roll, even if they lose the main hand in the game. There are two different side bet options that are Perfect Pairs and 21+3.

Perfect Pair Side Bet

Perfect Pairs is a Blackjack side bet that is made prior to any cards being dealt and must be supported by a regular Blackjack bet on the same betting box.

There are 3 different types of pairs and the payout odds vary accordingly:

Mixed pair (A pair that is made up of 1 red suited card and 1 black suited card – example 2 of clubs + 2 of hearts)

Coloured pair (A pair that is made up of 2 same cards of the same colour but are of different suits – example 6 of clubs + 6 of spades)

Perfect Pair (An identical pair – example K of diamonds + K of diamonds)

The rules for Perfect Pairs are as follows:

A player may place a Perfect Pairs wager on any box on which the player has placed a Blackjack wager – A Perfect Pairs wager must be placed before any cards in the round of play are dealt – A Perfect Pairs wager wins if the first 2 cards dealt to the player are a pair – A Perfect Pairs wager loses if the first 2 cards dealt to the player are not a pair

Winning Perfect Pairs wagers must be paid as per the displayed pay table

After each player has been dealt the first 2 cards, the dealer must take all losing Perfect Pairs wagers and make a payout to each player who has a winning Perfect Pairs wager

The dealer then goes on to deal with each player in the usual way for Blackjack

Perfect Pairs are paid out based on the odds below:

Perfect Pair pays 25 to 1

Coloured Pair pays 12 to 1

Mixed Pair pays 6 to 1

21+3 Side bet

At the start of play, as the players are placing their initial wager, they may also play the 21+3 wager in the designated area

Players must make a primary Blackjack wager and cannot make a 21+3 wager only.

Once all players have placed their bets, a round of Blackjack is dealt in the standard fashion – the dealer deals two cards face up to each participating player, and to themselves in the same manner as regular Blackjack (1 card face up, 1 card face down for the dealer)

Once the dealer has dealt two cards to each player and two cards to themselves (1 up, 1 down), the game will show if a player has won on 21+3. A player will only be awarded for one winning event, although their 3 card hand may contain more than 1 winning event (e.g. three of a kind suited)

Hands are ranked in the following order:

Flush -Three cards of the same suit (three hearts, three clubs). Payout: 5 to 1

Straight -Three cards in sequence but not the same suit(Ace can be used to achieve an Ace, 2, 3, Straight or Ace, King, Queen Straight). Payout: 10 to 1

Three of a Kind -Three cards of the same rank. Payout: 30 to 1

Straight Flush -Three cards in sequence and the same suits(spade of 10,Jack, Queen). Payout: 40 to 1

Suited Trips -Three cards of same ranking and of same suits, e.g. 3 Queens of Hearts. Payout: 100 to 1

Side Bet House Edge

For Perfect Pairs, the casino has a 4.1% house edge.

For 21+3, the house edge is 3.7%.

Classic Baccarat Online Live Casino Game

BACCARAT

Introduction

Welcome to one of the finest live dealer gaming experiences in the world.

You can change your BACCARAT table or select any other live games at any time by pressing the LIVE GAMES MENU button. You will not be removed from your table until you have actually selected the new table you wish to join, so the LIVE LOBBY can be used to browse other games whilst still playing at the current table.

RULES of BACCARAT are outlines in the How To Play section.

The game screen consists of a black toolbar at the bottom of the screen and the gaming window (showing the live video) above.

In the gaming window there are a number of key elements: see Screen elements section.

How To Play

The Object of the Game

Two hands are dealt in Baccarat – The Banker’s hand and the Player’s hand. Prior to each deal, the player wagers on whether the Player’s hand or the Banker’s hand will be closest to a total of 9. The player also has the option to wager on a tie (i.e. both the banker’s and player’s hands total the same). 8 decks of 52 cards are used.

Betting

Select the amount you would like to wager on a given hand by clicking the left mouse button on a chip and left clicking on the “Player”, “Banker” or “Tie” sections of the gaming table. Each click on the betspot position will add another chip to the bet.

REPEAT: If you bet in the previous game round, you can click the REPEAT button to automatically place the same bets in this round. (Providing you have a sufficient cash balance)

DOUBLE: If the REPEAT button has been selected, the player is given the option to automatically double the stake placed.

UNDO: Selecting the UNDO button will remove your bet chips one by one from the game table in the reverse order of their placement. Click UNDO once to remove the last chip placed, or several times to keep removing the bets that have been placed.

If you place a wager that is lower than the minimum table bet limit, you will receive a pop up message when the betting period is over and your bet will be rejected.

If you place a bet that is higher than the maximum table limit, a tooltip will appear reminding you of the maximum bet limit and you will not be able to place that bet.

GAMEPLAY:

After the betting time period has expired, the Player and Banker are dealt two cards.

Example: Hand + Hand = Total

9+7 = 16 = 6

5+5+5 = 15 = 5

10+9 = 19 = “Natural” 9

After the first two cards are dealt to both the Player and Banker, the “Third Card Rule” (See Below) will determine if a 3rd card is to be dealt. No hand receives more than three cards.

When the Player and Banker hands equal the same total, the hand is declared a Tie and all bets (other than Tie bets) for that game are voided. If the value of the cards in either the Player’s Hand or the Banker’s Hand is an 8 or a 9 (a “natural”) after receiving their initial two cards, then no more cards shall be dealt to either hand.

If the value of the cards in either hand on the first two cards is 0 to 7 inclusive, the hands shall draw in accordance with the “Third Card Rules”.

Third Card Rules:

For the Player’s Hand to Draw

If the Player’s two cards total:

0-5 Player’s hand must draw

6-7 Player’s hand must stand

8-9 “Natural” (Both hands stand)

For the Banker’s Hand to Draw

If the Banker’s two cards total:

0-2 Banker’s hand must draw

3-6 Third card to Player’s hand determines draw or stand

7 Banker’s hand must stand

8-9 “Natural” (Both hands stand)

When the Banker’s third card decision depends on the third card drawn by the Player, the following rules apply:

If the Player’s hand stands on two cards (6, 7), then a two card Banker hand totalling 3, 4, 5 must draw and a Banker hand totaling 6 must stand.

Payoffs Wager and Result Payoff

  • A winning Player hand wager 1 to 1
  • A winning Banker hand wager .95 to 1
  • A winning Tie wager 8 to 1
  • A winning BIG hand wager .48 to 1
  • A winning Small hand wager 1.34 to 1

If you are playing on Super6 table then Banker’s payoff wager and result payoff will be:

  • A winning Banker hand wager is 1 to 1
  • A winning Banker hand wager is .5 to 1 if Banker wins with a score of 6
  • A winning Super6 wager is 12 to 1

If you have selected to play at a “pairs” table, you have two additional betting options. You can bet on either the player’s or Banker’s 1st 2 cards being a pair. The payoff for either bet is 11 to 1.

Chatting

In The Classic View, the chat dialogue box appears in the top left hand of the screen. In the 3D view, click on the chat icon and the dialogue box appears in the lower right of the screen. Type your message into the area shown by the blinking cursor and click on the “send icon”. Your message and the messages of others will appear in the top part of the window.

Please refrain from using any language or discussing topics that others may deem offensive. Failure to comply with this rule may result in your account being blocked by our support team. If you feel that someone is abusing this rule, please send an e-mail to our support and we will look into it.

Screen Elements

The SCORE TABLE board shows your scores. (Only available in the 3D view)

Big Road, Big Eye Road, Small Road, and Cockroach Road are straight score cards. In general, straight score cards allow you to see baccarat streaks and baccarat trends for either the player or the banker. Wins of the same side and ties are shown in one column. Whenever the other side wins, a new column is started. Ties do not break a column because non-tie bets are returned to the player. So, if a tie occurs, you do not lose any money.

Each score card marks the game results using a different pattern. More specifically, the difference lies in the starting point and the results marked. Each player can choose his favourite score card. A new score card is started along with every shoe change. Signs on the score cards carry the following meanings:

Red circle – the banker won that round.

Blue circle – the player won that round.

Green slash – the round ended in a tie.

The BET LIMITS sign shows you the table name and the minimum and maximum stakes permitted. Clicking on the sign will show a breakdown of these limits if applicable.

The Game Information Indicator will inform you of the game status, when you bet, how much you have won, etc. You will find this indicator in all live games.

If you have a seat at the table then your name will be displayed beneath that seat. By Clicking on a chip from the CHIP INDICATOR and then clicking on the seat position during the GREEN or YELLOW betting time (SEE GAME INFORMATION INDICATOR ABOVE) then that bet is made. Each time you click on that spot the bet will be increased by that amount. When you are satisfied that you have reached the stake you wish to bet, you need not do anything else, the bet will automatically be sent when the RED betting indicator is lit (i.e. bets are closed). During the GREEN or YELLOW betting time, your bets can be removed by repeatedly clicking the UNDO button. Once bets are closed (RED LIGHT) they cannot be cancelled.

At the bottom of the screen there is the black control toolbar.

For more details see Tool bar section.

Tool Bar

The bottom of the screen:

The CASHIER button (if applicable) on the bottom left of the screen will pop up the cashier / banking screen for deposits and withdrawals.

The UNDO button, when clicked will remove the last bet placed. This will only happen during GREEN or YELLOW betting time, once bets are closed (RED LIGHT) you will not be able to cancel bets. By repeatedly clicking the undo button, it will remove bets one by one in the order they were placed.

The CLEAR ALL button, when clicked will remove all placed bet on betspots. This will only happen during GREEN or YELLOW betting time, once bets are closed (RED LIGHT) you will not be able to cancel bets.

The DOUBLE button will double the amount of chips that they have placed on each bet spot. With every click it will double the player’s bet.

The CHIP DISPLAY is where you can select the value of each chip you wish to bet with. This display will only be illuminated and usable whilst betting time is in the GREEN or YELLOW state. Once bets are closed (RED LIGHT) then the chips are turned off and cannot be selected. Only chip values that are usable (i.e. available within your balance) are illuminated.

The REPEAT button allows you to repeat the same bet(s) from the previous game. Once player have pressed repeat, the DOUBLE, UNDO and CLEAR button will be enabled, allowing player to double the bet from the previous game, remove the last place bet and remove all placed bet.

The CAMERA view button toggles between game views – CLASSIC view and 3D view. This is a matter of personal taste. This button can be clicked at any time to switch views and this will not affect stakes on the table. The VIEW can also be selected when entering the game as a choice is always presented where applicable.

The BALANCE indicator will always be displayed on the bottom left of the games and LIVE LOBBY. Clicking on the balance indicator will then show any available bonus information.

The TOTAL BET indicator will always be displayed on the bottom left of the games. This shows the current total of all bets made for the current game.

The GAME NUMBER indicator will always be displayed on the bottom left of the games. This shows the unique identifier for any game – the current GAME NUMBER (GMT TIME; HH:MM:SS). If you have any queries and wish to contact customer service, you should always note down (or take a screenshot of) the GAME NUMBER.

The LIVE GAMES MENU button can be selected at any time from any game. It allows you to easily change table or select any other live game. You will not be removed from this table until you have actually selected the new table you wish to join, so the LIVE GAMES MENU can be used to browse other games whilst still playing at this current table.

The MUTE button will turn off all game sounds and voices for the game, including countdown and chip sounds. Clicking this button again will turn the sounds back on again.

The VIDEO ON/OFF button will turn off the game’s video and dealer’s voice, and display only cards and background picture. If you click this again the video and dealer voice will turn back on.

The Settings button launches a menu of Languages and Player History.

The CHAT button launches the chat box so you can send messages to the dealer and other players. Note in some of the Classic versions of the games the chat box is always displayed on screen so this feature is disabled.

The HELP button on the bottom right of the screen will launch this help window.

The HISTORY button inside the Settings menu will launch a window showing details of your betting history, including the games you have played and the results of those games

The REFRESH button will re-load the video if it is already playing, or turn on the video if it is not already playing.

The FULL SCREEN button on the bottom right of the screen will launch the FULL SCREEN MODE and the game and / or lobby will fill the entire screen. To exit this mode, either click the FULL SCREEN button again or press the “Esc” key on the computer keyboard.

And as with all Evolution games, Direct Game Launch links on any web page, email or text message can take players on impulse straight to the game action on your live tables.
Live Baccarat

Our new and improved Live Baccarat is so authentic it’s just like being table-side at a top Asian casino. With cards dealt face down at a bean-shaped table, there’s no more authentic way for players to enjoy Asia’s most popular casino table game.

Unique added features include special bets such as Pairs side bets, extra statistics viewable via a wide choice of roads, and the ability for players to view competitors’ moves. All enrich the playing experience, so players get more involved and play for longer.
Multi-Camera Live Baccarat

A multi-camera installation option that adds a dynamic, cinematic quality to Baccarat play on licensees’ dedicated tables.

With this fully customisable variant of our world-class Live Baccarat, licensees are able to choose the number of cameras and the shot angles. Just like in our Immersive Lite option for Live Roulette, players are immersed in the drama and suspense of the game. Constantly changing camera views and close-ups of the table and the deal keep it all visually fresh and engaging. Also, for licensees with multiple dedicated tables, the camera set-up can be configured to enable brief cutaway shots of other tables to further enhance the ‘real casino’ ambience.
Live Baccarat Squeeze

This is the ultimate multi-camera Live Baccarat for devotees who love the ritual of the squeeze. 15+ cameras capture every subtle nuance of the game, with the vital squeeze itself performed by the dealer captured in a series of tantalising close-ups.

Taking online Baccarat play into a new dimension, Evolution Live Baccarat Squeeze keeps the action flowing while delivering maximum suspense and authenticity. The dealer quickly reveals cards for the hand associated with the lesser total wager and will squeeze cards dealt to the hand associated with the greatest total wager.

Live Baccarat Control Squeeze

In this variant players can take control of the squeeze themselves. Cards are dealt face-down onto glass panel inlays in the custom-designed table. Two cameras integrated under the table instantly relay the live stream of the real card faces to the player’s screen.

The card faces are obscured by optical filters and an overlay mask built into the game’s UI. Players simply click or tap on the corner or any edge of each card to peel back the overlay mask and reveal the card value. It’s a truly Macau-like VIP gaming experience that puts the unique thrill of the squeeze at your players’ fingertips.

This direct interaction with the cards makes this game every bit as exciting as playing Baccarat in a real casino. There’s even the opportunity for new players to practise the squeeze without the need to place a bet.
Baccarat Controlled SqueezeBaccarat Controlled Squeeze
Live Speed Baccarat

Live Speed Baccarat

For players looking for maximum betting opportunities and excitement in their playing sessions, Live Speed Baccarat is the super-fast alternative to our standard Live Baccarat game and its many variants.

Choice of Roads

The Bead Road and Big Road display the results of each past round, while the Big Eye Road, Small Road and Cockroach Road display patterns derived from the Big Road. The player can zoom in on Big Road, Big Eye Road, Small Road and Cockroach Road simply by clicking/tapping on them.

The Pairs Side Bets are the default side bets providing two additional betting options: Player Pair and Banker Pair. These extra side bets allow a player to bet on either the player’s or the banker’s first two cards being a pair. The pay-out for either bet is a very attractive 11 to 1.
Further Optional Side Bets

Player Bonus, Banker Bonus, Either Pair and Perfect Pairs™ side bets can all be enabled in game settings by the player. These additional side bets, offering odds of up to 200 to 1 (for Perfect Pair, two pairs), add extra layers of interest and excitement for your players as they become more familiar with the game.

Licensees must choose whether to take these additional side bets. If the Perfect Pairs side bet is chosen, a licensing fee applies.

We have an unrivalled track record in rapid rollout of Live Casino services in re-regulated markets. In recent years we have been first to market in new jurisdictions such as Italy, Spain and Denmark. Evolution was also the first Live Casino provider to gain Preliminary Waiver Approval for New Jersey, USA.

Across Europe and beyond we lead the way. In each jurisdiction we work collaboratively with customers and regulators to ensure that Evolution licensees can be ready to gain first- or early-to-market advantage with 100% compliant, localised solutions.

LIVE CASINO FROM LATVIA

At our purpose-built, state-of-the-art Live Casino production studios in Riga, Latvia we operate more live games tables than any other land-based operator in Europe. Riga is the larger of our two central studios and home to our ever-growing range of generic shared live tables, as well as the bespoke dedicated tables and environments we create exclusively for individual operators. From this leading edge, ISO 27001: 2013 compliant studio facility Evolution licensees have unrivalled flexibility to broadcast and develop their very own premium Live Casino offerings.

A unique live casino studio facility
  • The world’s leading Live Casino offering and infrastructure
  • Cost-effective shared live tables, which allow licensee branding in the Live Lobby area and configurable betting limits
  • Dedicated tables and environments (including dedicated teams) for even greater branding and service customisation

  • A trusted, secure, 24/7/365 solution
  • Compliant with regulatory requirements in licensees’ markets and meeting the needs of their brands and players.
LIVE CASINO FROM MALTA

Purpose-built and equipped to the same exacting standards as our Live Casino studios in Latvia, our Malta studios add significant extra capacity, choice and revenue opportunity for our licensees. Malta is home to Evolution’s international dealer teams and the majority of the many native speaking dealer tables we host 24/7 for our licensees.

A unique live casino studio facility
  • The world’s leading Live Casino offering and infrastructure
  • The widest choice of shared, turnkey ‘localised’ Live Casino solutions such as London Roulette, Venezia Roulette, Svensk Roulette and Deutsches Roulette
  • Further native speaking tables operated exclusively for key licensees
  • Experienced native speaker dealers who enable licensees to get even closer to their players

  • Mission Control Room monitoring of all gaming activity with rapid intervention and issue resolution as required.
LIVE CASINO FROM CANADA

Our purpose-built state-of-the-art Live Casino studio in Vancouver is equipped to the same exacting standards as our Live Casino studios in Latvia and Malta. The studio is the result of an agreement to provide Live Casino games and services for BCLC (British Columbia Lottery Corporation), with the intention of supporting additional Canadian lottery corporations in the future, with each jurisdiction able to offer both shared and dedicated tables.

A unique live casino studio facility
  • The world’s leading Live Casino offering and infrastructure
  • First major expansion outside of Europe
  • Live Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat games will be offered
  • The ability to offer both shared and dedicated tables
  • Live Casino offering will be streamed via BCLC’s PlayNow.com website.

‘On Premise’ Live Casino studios

Streaming live games from a live studio in a land-based casino is another exciting way to harness the power of our world-leading live games. Such a solution extends the gaming floor and provides the basis for a seamless service (including a single loyalty and bonusing system) that brings together and co-promotes the traditional venue and online services.

LIVE CASINO IN YOUR OWN LAND-BASED CASINO

Increasingly, land-based operators are taking the strategic decision to install and operate an on-premise Live Casino studio to connect with customers via multiple channels, maximise trust in online services and drive incremental revenue. The service can be delivered by the venue’s own staff, dressed in familiar attire, and can extend play with existing players while attracting new players and new demographics. A land-based casino operator with their own on-premise Live Casino studio also has full scope to integrate land-based and online operations and to take full advantage of cross-promotions, live promotions and two-way marketing opportunities.

TURNKEY ON-PREMISE LIVE CASINO STUDIO

Evolution provides a complete turnkey solution for land-based casino operators looking to offer online Live Casino services from a live studio located in their own land-based casino. The solution includes all the broadcast equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones, monitors etc), live game software, expertise, training and on-going support that land-based operators need. Expert consultancy, site surveys, live studio design, installation and full training of staff are also included. The world-class Evolution solution can instantly enrich and differentiate a land-based casino’s offering and provide significant incremental revenue opportunity from both existing land-based players and new online players.

INTRA-RESORT SOLUTIONS

Where regulations allow (such as in the re-regulating US online gambling market), an Evolution on-premise Live Casino studio allied to our mobile gaming solution can be used to deliver world-class intra-resort live gaming. This gives casino resort guests the ability to continue to play via their tablet and smartphone while they are away from the main gaming floor – in hotel rooms, in the bar, or by the pool for example.

DUAL PLAY ROULETTE

Another option is Dual Play Roulette, an exciting ‘convergence’ solution that brings together land-based and online casino play at the same table. A Dual Play installation enables the live game action at any Roulette table in your land-based venue to be enjoyed not only by on-premise seated players but also by a virtually unlimited number of additional players playing online. These additional players can be on-premise customers in a bar or restaurant area following the game and betting on their own tablets and smartphones – or they can be online players playing from anywhere in the world. The scope for adding extra revenue and new players is  enormous.

SHARED LIVE CASINO IN A LAND-BASED CASINO

The decision to use an on-premise Live Casino studio may not always be strategic – it may also be driven by local regulations (such as in Spain, where Live Roulette must be streamed from a licensed land-based casino on Spanish territory). Evolution has a great deal of experience in this area. Our shared Ruleta En Vivo service, sited in a leading land-based casino in Murcia, is used by several licensed operators in Spain. Offering rapid, low-cost market entry, this shared solution enabled operators to achieve first- and early-to-market advantage. Similar shared services can, in theory, be created for any geographic market subject to local regulations and a joint operator agreement.

BELGIUM LIVE CASINO AT CASINO DE SPA

Our new Belgium live studio, sited in the Pink Ballroom of the historic Casino de Spa, is the leading Live Casino broadcast solution for A-Licence and B-Licence holders in Belgium’s regulated online gaming market.

Fully equipped live studio facilities and live game feeds are offered as a shared managed service for operators in Belgium. Each licensee is able to brand their Live Casino service and stream live games to online players seven days a week.

Operators may choose from Live Roulette, Live Blackjack and Auto Slingshot Roulette tables. All tables are served by native speaking Flemish and French dealers for compliance with Belgian Gaming Commission (BGC) regulations, and all games can be enjoyed by players on desktop, tablet and smartphone.

The shared service from Casino de Spa offers licensees a truly state-of-the-art Live Casino solution and supporting infrastructure for rapid and cost-effective online market entry. In addition, Evolution offers licensees the option to create exclusive dedicated environments that allow them to further differentiate their Belgian Live Casino offering.

The quality of this world-class Live Casino solution, which went live in July 2015, has given Evolution the major share of licence holders in the new Belgium Live Casino market.

RULETA EN VIVO (Spanish Roulette) SERVICE

Ruleta En Vivo is our ready-made, world-class, customisable online Live Roulette solution available to any licensed online gambling operator in Spain. Operators link into the live games feed from our purpose-built live studio at Gran Casino Murcia, operated by Grupo Orenes. The fully equipped live studio facilities and live feed are offered as a shared managed service, but with each licensee enjoying full flexibility to customise the backdrop using blue screen technology. Blue screen options range from distinctively branded backdrops to super-realistic replications of land-based Spanish casino interiors.

Ruleta En Vivo is delivered by native speaking Spanish dealers trained to build strong online rapport with players and maximise visits and playing time. Plus, each game session can support thousands of concurrent players. Ruleta En Vivo is fully compliant with national online legislation outlined by the DGOJ (Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego) and by the local land-based regulator.

Mobilising Live Casino growth

Evolution’s fully optimised mobile gaming solutions are not an afterthought or an add-on – they’re integral to our world-leading Live Casino offering. So when we launch one of our live games on mobile we do so across all tables for that game, not just one or two tables. Players on mobile devices see immediately that this is no-compromise Mobile Live Casino that connects them to the real thrill of the live tables wherever they may be. It’s also why many licensees include our Live Casino in mobile Apps and, as a result, see a dramatic upturn in KPIs.

LIVE CASINO FOR MOBILE

With Evolution Live Casino your players can enjoy world-leading live dealer casino games not only on their desktops and laptops, but also on the world’s leading tablets and smartphones across IOS and Android, and via browser or Native App.

Leading mobile devices supported include:

  • iPad, iPad Air and iPad mini (all generations)
  • Android tablets (Samsung, Google Nexus, Sony)
  • iPhone (all generations)
  • Android smartphones (Samsung Galaxy, HTC, Google Nexus, LG, Sony).

All our games for tablet and smartphone are beautifully optimised for each specific device and OS and use a similar, familiar UI to the equivalent Evolution games accessed on desktop. This means players can easily switch between devices and enjoy greater choice over where and when they play. The proven result: extended access and longer playing sessions.

Evolution Mobile Live Casino opens up a new world of opportunity – an extended gaming floor, new places to play, extended playing times, new demographics, closer customer relationships, and more – for both online-only operators and land-based casino operators.

Your own Live Casino TV show

Even in a fast-changing multi-channel world, the power of TV remains immense, particularly when integrated with mobile solutions. Live Casino on TV offers a major new incremental revenue stream and an opportunity for operators to build their brands and greatly extend reach to both experienced casino players and new demographics.

LIVE CASINO TV STREAM & BETTING INTERFACE

Evolution licensees can also use their live game video streams as a main feature in Live Casino TV shows – and they can use our adapted mobile gaming solution as the TV viewers’ synchronised betting interface on tablets or smartphones to place bets in real time at the live tables featured in the shows. Viewers can bet while unwinding at home or as part of a more competitive, live gaming social evening with friends.

No Commission Live Baccarat

No Commission Live Baccarat

We offer eight deck Live Baccarat with a live dealer and a real Baccarat table, with up to 7 players at the same table.

In No Commission version of the Baccarat game, the payout for the Banker position is different from the regular Baccarat games. Please refer to the No Commission Baccarat Rules page for information about No Commission Baccarat payouts.

To play the game:

  • When you join a Live game table, you are seated automatically. If you want to take a different available seat, wait for the end of the round and then, click the Change Seat button.
  • If a game round is in progress when you enter the table, please wait for the next one, and then, place your bets.
  • Click a chip of the desired value to select it. Then click a betting position on the Baccarat table. You can choose between Player, Banker or Tie game bets.
  • The time for placing the bets is limited. The timer in the upper right corner of the game window shows how many seconds are left until the end of betting time of this game round.
  • Every click adds a chip of the same value to your bet. Click a different chip to change the bet increase amount.
  • Shift+clicking on the bet area removes one chip from the bet.
  • You can place several bets within each round.
  • Click the Side bets icon on the dashboard, to open the Side bets panel.
  • Winnings are paid for the winning bets at the end of each game round.
  • To skip a turn, simply do not place any bets on the table.
  • You must confirm your bet. This can either be done manually, by clicking Confirm after each bet, or automatically at the end of betting time (Auto confirm bets must be enabled in the Settings). Please note, that when auto confirmation of bets is enabled the Confirm button does not appear.

Multiple Bets

If the Multiple Bets option is supported, additional bets are accepted after your first bet has been placed and confirmed. Multiple bets are accepted only if the betting round is still open. Please note, that if auto confirmation of bets is disabled, you have to click Confirm after each additional bet.

Side bets

A side bet is a wager you can make beyond the regular Player, Banker or Tie games bets. You can place side bets without placing any regular game bets.

The rules of the Player Pair / Banker Pair / Either Pair / Perfect Pair / Big / Small side bets are the following:

  • The Player Pair, Banker Pair and Either Pair side bets win if the first two cards drawn by the dealer form a pair on the respective position.
  • The Perfect Pair side bet wins if the first two Player or Banker cards form a pair of the same suit, for example a pair of 7 of Diamonds.
  • The Big side bet wins if the total number of cards dealt between Player and Banker is 5 or 6.
  • The Small side bet wins if the total number of cards dealt between Player and Banker is 4.
  • The side bet is not associated with the regular game bets. You can wager a regular game bet on the Player position and a side bet on the Banker Pair, and vice versa.

To minimise the risk of game abuse or cheating, Side Bets may be disabled from time to time.

Egalite Extra Side bets*

Egalite Extra is a type of Baccarat side bet, that allows you to bet that the Player and Banker hands will form a specific Tie with an equal score.

  • Your bet wins if the hands result in a Tie of the same specific score. If the result of the hand is not a Tie, all Egalite Extra bets are lost.
  • You can bet on Egalite Extra betting position without placing a main bet.
  • You can choose to place one or more bets on the specific score Tie hands offered by the Egalite Extra side bets.

* Option is available only if enabled by your service provider.

Score cards

At the bottom of the betting area contains five Baccarat Score cards. Each score card marks the game results, using a different pattern. More specifically, the difference lies in the starting point and the results marked. Hover over a Score card to see the name of the card and a corresponding tooltip.
Signs on the score cards carry the following meanings:

  • Red circle – The Banker won that round.
  • Blue circle – The Player won that round.
  • Green slash – The round ended in a Tie.

Straight score cards

There are following straight Score cards: Bead Road, Big Road, Big Eye Road, Small Road, and Cockroach Road.

In general, the Score cards allow you to see streaks for either the Player or the Banker. Wins of the same side, and ties, are shown in one column. Whenever the other side wins, a new column is started. Ties do not break a column because non-tie bets are returned to the Player in the event of a Tie. Thus, if a Tie occurs, you do not lose any money.

You can use the following buttons to change the score card you are viewing:

  • Last – View the scores for the previous shoe.
  • Last-1 – View the scores for the shoe before the last one.
  • Current – View the scores for the current shoe.
  • Total – View the scores for all the above-mentioned shoes.
  • Horizontal arrows – Scroll all visible Score cards horizontally at the same time.

B and P Buttons

  • B – Briefly shows what the scoreboard will look like if the next result is Banker.
  • P – Briefly shows what the scoreboard will look like if the next result is Player.

The arrows illustrate how Big Eye Road is generated from Big Road.

\

The resulting Big Eye Road looks as follows:

Starting point

The starting point corresponds to cell B2 on the Big Road score card, which is the second result (hand) after the first change in the game. If B2 is empty, the starting point is A3.

Marking the results

  • For marking any row but A in any column, including the starting point, the cell on the same row of the previous column is examined.
    • If that cell contains a result, the cell in Big Eye Road is marked in red.
    • If that cell is empty, the cell in Big Eye Road is marked in blue. Note that this is the first cell with no corresponding result in the previous column.
    • All the cells in the same column after the first cell with no corresponding result in the previous column are marked in red in Big Eye Road.
  • For marking row A in any column, including the starting point, meaning that the game result has changed, two previous columns are compared. If the number of results in these is equal, the cell in Big Eye Road is marked in red. If the number of results is not equal, the first cell in Big Eye Road is marked in blue.

Note that

  • every change in the colors in Big Eye Road starts a new column.
  • Tie results do not change anything.

Small Road

The arrows illustrate how Small Road is generated from Big Road.

The resulting Small Road looks as follows:

Starting point

Note that

  • every change in the colors in Small Road starts a new column.
  • Tie results do not change anything.

Cockroach Road

The arrows illustrate how Cockroach Road is generated from Big Road.

    • If that cell contains a result, the cell in Cockroach Road is marked in red.
    • If that cell is empty, the cell in Cockroach Road is marked in blue. Note that this is the first cell with no corresponding result in the previous column.
    • All the cells in the same column after the first cell with no corresponding result in the previous column are marked in red in Cockroach Road.
  • For marking row A in any column, including the starting point, meaning that the game result has changed, the previous column and the third column before that are compared. VIP Baccarat

We offer eight deck Baccarat with a live dealer and a real Baccarat table, with up to 7 players at the same table. VIP Baccarat allows the person that placed the biggest bet on a player or banker position to peek at that position’s hidden cards via a second video feed. Thus that person will know the hand’s point total before other players. Peeking at the hidden cards is also referred to as “Squeezing”, due to the slow and gradual opening of the hidden cards. Card squeezing is a common practice at Baccarat tables in real casinos in Asia.

If you are not familiar with Baccarat, please proceed to the Baccarat Rules page.

Egalite Extra Side Bets Payout

Full Squeeze, Half Squeeze, Rotate, Toss

The second and third cards are dealt face-down. If you have placed the biggest bet on the player or banker position, you get to squeeze the hidden cards of that position. The card will be shown on the secondary video feed. You can use the four buttons on the left side of the screen to squeeze the cards:

  • Full squeeze – approximately half of the card’s face is revealed.
  • Half squeeze – approximately a third of the card’s face is revealed.
  • Rotate – the card is rotated by 90 degrees.
  • Toss – the card is placed face up and thus revealed to all players.

Please note that you have a limited time to squeeze the card. If you check the box marked Toss automatically, the dealer will reveal the card right away, without waiting for your instructions.

If two or more players placed the same bet on the same position, the player that gets to squeeze the card is determined using their bets in the previous round (under equal circumstances, betting on the player position is more important than betting on the banker position).

You cannot squeeze both the player and banker cards in the same round, even if you placed the highest bets on both positions. In that case you will be allowed to squeeze the player card.

Game UI

The red indicator will turn green. Click HQ again to disable High Quality video streaming and go back to normal quality.

Timer – Displayed in the top right corner.

Stats – The Stats tab shows 3 columns of statistic for each of the 9 betting position. Under Total, the first column shows how much all players at this table bet on each of the positions in the ongoing game, and the second column shows how many times a position has won within the current scoreboard (since the last shoe change).

Full score card (Bead Road)

The Bead Road score card is smaller and is located in the middle of the lower part of the screen. It shows you the results of the rounds sequentially. The top left cell is the earliest result, the one below it is the next earliest, and so on. When the bottom cell is reached, the next round is recorded in the top cell of the next column.

  • The Bead Road score card shows you the outcome of the game round. A red circle with the letter B inside means the Banker won the round. A blue circle with the letter P inside means the Player won the round. A green circle with the letter T inside indicates a tie.
  • In addition to the markings described above, the Bead Road score card shows you the winning hand’s point total.
  • A red dot in the bottom right corner of a cell means the Banker had a pair. A blue dot in the top right corner of a cell means the Player had a pair.

Baccarat Rules

The object of Baccarat is to obtain a hand with a point total closest to 9. Aces count as one; 2 through 9 as their face value; tens and face cards count as zero. If the value of the hand is ten points or more, subtract ten, and the remainder is the Baccarat point value of the hand. For example: 7+6=13=3 and 4+6=10=0

Place your wager on one or more of the following betting positions: the Banker, the Player and/or the Tie. The Player and the Banker are then each dealt a two-card hand in the following order: first card to the Player, second card to the Banker, third card the Player, fourth card to the Banker. In certain cases, a third card is dealt to the Player and/or the Banker (Please see the Third Card Rules section for more information).

The hand closest to 9, wins.

If you bet on the Player and the Player wins, you are paid 1 to 1 winnings on your bet.

If you bet on the Banker and the Banker wins, you are paid 1 to 1 minus 5% bank commission (vigorish).

If both the Player’s hand and the Banker’s hand have equal totals, the game result is a Tie. If you have placed a bet on the Tie field, your payout is 8 to 1. Non-tie bets are returned to you if a Tie occurs.

Third Card Rules

The following Baccarat rule chart governs when the Player and/or the Banker are automatically dealt a third card in the Baccarat game:

Player

Point Value of First Two Cards:
0 – 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 Draws a card.
6 – 7 Stands.
8 – 9 “Natural hand”, no further draw.

If the Player stands, then the Banker hits on a total of 5 or less. If the Player does hit then use the table below to determine if the Banker hits or stands.

Banker

Point Value of First Two Cards: Draws when the Player’s third card is: Does not draw when the Player’s third card is:
0 – 1 – 2 Always draws a card.
3 0 – 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 7 – 9 8
4 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 7 0 – 1 – 8 – 9
5 4 – 5 – 6 – 7 0 – 1 – 2 – 3 – 8 – 9
6 6 – 7 0 – 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 8 – 9
7 Always stands.
8 – 9 Player cannot draw. Player cannot draw.

Important note: If either the Player and /or the Banker has a total of 8 or 9, they both stand. This rule overrides all other rules.

Live Dual Roulette

Live Dual Roulette Playtech

Dual Roulette is a method which allows you to choose two of the available Live Roulette tables and play both in the same game window. Two side-by-side Live Roulette game tables in the same window, lets you play both tables without the need to open another game.

The two roulette wheels playing in the same window are not synchronized and do not share bets or results. You can play each of the two roulettes separately by selecting the specific table of each from the main lobby. Dual Roulette gives you the ability to double your playing experience and minimize the idle time you spend between spins!

Both of the wheels in this Dual Roulette are regular Live Roulette games: Live Roulette is played with a live dealer and a real Roulette table. We use standard European Roulette rules. The following guide discusses each of the two roulette tables separately:

  • There is probably a game round in progress at the moment you enter. Please wait until the current game round is finished. You can then place your bets.
  • Click on a chip of desired value to select it. Then click on any bet area on the table to place your bet there (see European Roulette Rules about betting options). Every click on the area adds one chip to the bet. Select another chip if you wish to increase the bet by some other amount. Shift-clicking on the area removes one chip. You can place several chips into several areas at the same time.
  • You have a limited amount of time from the moment a round is started to place a bet. Then the next spin is made and if your bet wins, you receive your winnings. You can skip a turn by simply not placing any bets on the table. When finished placing your bets, click the Confirm button.

Confirming Bets

You must confirm your bet. This can either be done:

  • Manually, by clicking Confirm after each bet.

or

  • If supported by your service provider, automatically, at the end of the betting time (Enable auto confirmed bets must be activated in the Options menu).
Please note, that when automatic confirmation of bets is enabled the Confirm button does not appear.

Live Casino Hold ‘Em

Live Casino Hold ‘Em

We offer single deck Live Casino Hold’em with a real dealer and a real Casino Hold’em game table. Live Casino Hold’em is a variation of five-card poker. You are dealt two cards, which you must use along with the five-card flop to make the best possible poker hand. After each game round, the deck of cards is reshuffled.

The card deck is being replaced every game round with shuffeled deck. A designated shuffler is sitting at the table near the dealer and shuffling a deck of cards to make it ready for the next game round.

The AA side bet is optional. Here, you can bet on whether the first five cards dealt (your two cards plus the first three flop cards) will include a pair of Aces or better.

To play the game:

  • There is probably a game in progress at the moment you enter the game. Please wait until the current game round is finished. You can then place your bets.
  • Click on a chip of desired value to select it. Then click the Ante betting area on the game table to place your bet. Once the main Ante bet has been placed, an AA side bet can be placed. Move your cursor over the game table and click on the AA betting position to place a side bet. Each click adds one chip to the bet. Click another chip to select it if you wish to increase the bet by another amount. Shift-clicking on the bet area removes one chip from the bet.
  • Click the Clear button to remove all bets from the table and start over.
  • You have a limited amount of time to place a bet from the moment a round is started. Once you have placed your bets, click the Confirm button.Multiple BetsIf the Multiple Bets option is supported, additional bets are accepted after your first bet has been placed and confirmed. Multiple bets are accepted only if the betting round is still open. Please note, that if auto confirmation of bets is disabled, you have to click Confirm after each additional bet.
  • Both you and the dealer will be given two cards (the dealer’s cards are dealt face down), and three cards will be dealt to the flop.
  • If the cards you are dealt make up a Poker hand along with the flop, the type of hand is displayed to you. If you have a pair of Aces or better, you win the AA side bet.
  • You can now choose to Call and continue playing against the dealer or Fold and lose your bets. If you do not Call within the time given, the game will automatically choose to Fold your hand.
    • If you call, a bet amount equal to your Ante bet times two will automatically be taken from your balance and placed on the ‘call’ position on the game table. Should you have insufficient balance to place the Call bet, you can either fold or deposit money through the cashier.
    • If you fold, you will be able to see the rest of the game through the live video stream but your bets will be lost and your game will be frozen until the next game round.
  • You must call to collect your Ante bet and AA side bet winnings. If you do not call, you will lose your bets regardless of the hands you have.
  • After calling or folding, the last two cards are dealt to the flop, the dealer’s cards are turned face up and the best possible hand is formed and shown for each of you.
  • If your hand is better than the dealer’s hand you win, and your Ante and Call bets are returned to you along with your winnings. If the dealer’s hand is better than your hand, you lose your bets.
  • To play another game round, place your bets as described above and click the Confirm button, or click Rebet to place the same bets as in the previous round.

Hand ranking:

At each stage of the game round, the best available hands are formed automatically. Hands are ranked according to the best five cards only (best poker hand).

The dealer must have at least a pair of 4s to qualify, if this is not the case, your Call bet is returned and your Ante bet pays according to the pay table.

If the dealer qualifies and you win, your Ante bet pays according to the pay table and your Call bet pays even money.

  • If you have a hand result equal to the dealer’s hand result, the highest card out of the remaining cards that are available to each of you determines the winner.
  • If you and the dealer have hands of the same type, the hand that includes the highest-value card wins (i.e. Three Kings beats Three Queens; a flush of A, 6, 5, 4, 3 beats a flush of K, J, 10, 8, 7).
  • If the dealer qualifies and the player ties the dealer then both ante and call bets will push.

The Ace is a semi-wildcard; it can be the highest-value card in a straight of A, K, Q, J, 10, or the lowest-value card in a straight of 5, 4, 3, 2, A.

Play Craps online

Your No-Nonsense Guide to Playing Real Money Craps Games, Online Craps Strategy

Craps is a true casino classic. It’s relatively simple too – all you have to do is wager on the outcome of a roll or series of rolls of a pair of dice.
Craps may be a simple , but if you want to play like an expert you need to understand the basics. Here you’ll find strategies, tips and gameplay rules, as well as best online casinos to play at.

Craps Basics

Craps requires hardly any equipment, so it’s popular as a casual game, known as ‘street craps’ or just as ‘shooting dice’, with players able to bet against each other.
When played in the casino, sometimes called ‘table craps’, there is a bank to play against. This is the form seen on online casinos too.

Players stand at an oval table, with a dealer. The table is decorated with a complex grid, which may put off a lot of new craps players. The table simply displays the various betting possibilities that exist. Pay out information may be here too. The players bet on the outcome of a round, then the ‘shooter’ rolls the dice (this is a player and the responsibility moves each round). For online craps, the player is the shooter each time.

The shooter begins with the ‘Come-Out’ roll, which will either end the game there and then, with bets being calculated based on an initial ‘Pass’ or ‘Don’t Pass’ bet, or it will set up a point which leads on to more rounds. The subsequent rounds revolve around the score rolled in the come-out, attempting to roll the same amount again before rolling a 7.

How to Play Craps Like an Expert

Stick to these two simple principles and you will be playing baccarat like a pro in no time:

The Pass line bet

The key to playing craps is the Pass line. The game begins with this and there’s little reason to bet otherwise initially, except on some particular hunch. The Pass line bet has a low house edge of just 1.41% too, making it one of the lowest on the table.

Use the Odds Bet

Players get the option to make an ‘Odds’ bet. This very important wager is crucial in craps and it can be matching the previous Pass or Don’t Pass bet, or a multiple thereof depending on the casino’s rules. Now, the player is essentially doubling down on the point number coming out again, as the Pass line bet and the Odds bet both pay out. This bet carries a 0% house edge, something very rarely seen.

Don’t be Polite!

Betting on the Don’t Pass line is sometimes considered a little impolite at a craps table and won’t earn the player friends, as they are relying on the rolls to fail to get a pay out. However, for online craps this bet can be made freely and you should use it to your advantage.

Win at Craps – Our Top Craps Strategy Tips

“Craps has very little skill element except for smart betting”

“Betting on the Pass line opens up the opportunity for more bets”

“The shooter wants to get the point amount again before rolling a 7”

Craps Strategy

Improving your chances at craps is very difficult, because of course this is a game of chance. There is little that players can do in terms of skill or choice to affect that. Starting with the Pass Line bet on the Come-Out roll is ideal, as the house advantage is just 1.41% and you have a higher range of rolls to win on.

Taking the Odds bet after this is another way to shift the odds in your favour, since this bet has 0% house edge and that’s a rare thing.

Remember also that some of the numbers on the dice are more likely to appear than others. There are six ways to get a 7 on two dice (1-6, 2-5, 3-4, 4-3, 5-2, 6-1) but only one way to get a number 2 (1-1).

This information can make certain bets far more appealing as they are more likely. There are several ‘proposition bets’ in craps which are settled on the next roll, such as ‘Any 7’ which pays out of a 7 is rolled next. This pays 4:1. In general, these bets are avoided as they are high risk, but they are also high reward.

Craps Rules

Play begins with the shooter, who typically must bet on either the ‘Pass’ or ‘Don’t Pass’ line as a kind of ante. The dice are rolled (they must be rolled both at the same time, but this is no issue with online craps) and the results are added together.

If the result equals 2, 3, or 12, then this is ‘crapping out’ and the round is over; a bet on the Don’t Pass line will pay out on the 2 or 3 and tie on 12. However, if the result is a 7 or 11 (a ‘natural’), then the round is also over, but the Pass line pays out. The ideal result is to get any other amount, which becomes the ‘point’ and forms the basis of the next round.

The dealer now flips a button to ‘on’ to signify a kind of sub-round. The shooter continues to roll. If the point value is hit again, the Pass line wins. If a 7 is rolled instead, the round ends and the Don’t Pass line pays out. Players can make several different bets at this stage, including the Come and Don’t Come bets.

A Come bet pays off if the next roll is a 7 or 11, If a 2, 3, or 12 is rolled, then the player loses. Any other number becomes a new point for the come wager, a personal version of the Pass Line bet for the player. A Don’t Come bet is just like the player’s own Don’t Pass bet, which will lose with a 7 or 11 is rolled and win if a 2 or 3 is rolled.

Anything else establishes a point; it will win if a 7 rolls but lose if the point rolls. These bets are both even money. There are many more bets that can be placed, discussed in the glossary.

Types of Craps

The standard version of craps played in casinos does have some variations, which are not seen often with online craps but do crop up.

Bastard Craps or Crapless Craps is a simplified version where the shooter is at a disadvantage and has a house edge of 5.38%. Also, a player can bet on rolling a 2, 3, 11 or 12 before a 7 is thrown.

Bank Craps, also known as Las Vegas Craps, is very popular in Nevada and has become popular online too. The lowest house edge for the Pass or Don’t Pass bet is around 1.4%. This is more or less the standard game of craps.

High Point Craps is a version where an initial roll of a 2 or 3 is ignored. A 2 causes the player to roll again. A roll of 11 or 12 is a win. Anything else is considered a 1-point roll with a re-roll.

Die Rich Craps, also known as Open Craps, Fading Craps or Money Craps, uses just one dice and has a high-stakes approach. This is often played in private games and may even be considered illegal.

New York Craps has a higher house edge, around 5%, and uses a double-ended dealer table. This version does not allow Come or Don’t Come bets.

Simplified Craps has a house edge of 2.8% and allows a win by rolling 2, 3, 4, 10, 11 or 12, a loss on 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9.

Craps is not seen on all online casinos, but several top names do make a provision for this casino classic.

History of Craps

Craps is believed to have developed from an old English game called ‘hazard’, which may even date back as far as the Crusades. This itself was a simple two dice game, referenced in Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales. The game was influenced by French gamblers, then much later, a more modern version made its way to New Orleans thanks to Bernard Xavier Philippe de Marigny de Mandeville, a gambler and politician.

This version of the game suffered from a flaw that players could exploit, but an American dice maker named John H. Winn introduced the Don’t Pass bet to fix the issue.

The game was first known as ‘crapaud’, meaning Toad in French, which refers to the way players would crouch over the dice as they roll on the floor. Street craps is played in this fashion and it became popular with soldiers, who could play anywhere with an army blanket as a surface. Meanwhile, the formal version took off in casinos and soon spread around the world.

The rules of the Player Pair / Banker Pair / Either Pair / Perfect Pair / Big / Small side bets are the following:

The Player Pair, Banker Pair and Either Pair side bets win if the first two cards drawn by the dealer form a pair on the respective position.
The Perfect Pair side bet wins if the first two Player or Banker cards form a pair of the same suit, for example a pair of 7 of Diamonds.
The Big side bet wins if the total number of cards dealt between Player and Banker is 5 or 6.
The Small side bet wins if the total number of cards dealt between Player and Banker is 4.
The side bet is not associated with the regular game bets.

You can bet on Egalite Extra betting position without placing a main bet.
You can choose to place one or more bets on the specific score Tie hands offered by the Egalite Extra side bets.

Red circle – The Banker won that round.
Blue circle – The Player won that round.
Green slash – The round ended in a Tie.

Last – View the scores for the previous shoe.
Last-1 – View the scores for the shoe before the last one.
Current – View the scores for the current shoe.
Total – View the scores for all the above-mentioned shoes.
Horizontal arrows – Scroll all visible Score cards horizontally at the same time.

B and P Buttons
B – Briefly shows what the scoreboard will look like if the next result is Banker.
P – Briefly shows what the scoreboard will look like if the next result is Player.

The Bead Road score card shows you the outcome of the game round. A red circle with the letter B inside means the Banker won the round. A blue circle with the letter P inside means the Player won the round. A green circle with the letter T inside indicates a tie.
In addition to the markings described above, the Bead Road score card shows you the winning hand’s point total.
A red dot in the bottom right corner of a cell means the Banker had a pair. A blue dot in the top right corner of a cell means the Player had a pair.

Score cards further explained

All the score cards described below are derived from Big Road. The following is an example of a set of results recorded on a Big Road score card. All other score card examples given below are based on this specific one:

Big Eye Road

The arrows illustrate how Big Eye Road is generated from Big Road.

\

The resulting Big Eye Road looks as follows:

Starting point

The starting point corresponds to cell B2 on the Big Road score card, which is the second result (hand) after the first change in the game. If B2 is empty, the starting point is A3.
Marking the results

For marking any row but A in any column, including the starting point, the cell on the same row of the previous column is examined.
If that cell contains a result, the cell in Big Eye Road is marked in red.
If that cell is empty, the cell in Big Eye Road is marked in blue. Note that this is the first cell with no corresponding result in the previous column.
All the cells in the same column after the first cell with no corresponding result in the previous column are marked in red in Big Eye Road.
For marking row A in any column, including the starting point, meaning that the game result has changed, two previous columns are compared. If the number of results in these is equal, the cell in Big Eye Road is marked in red. If the number of results is not equal, the first cell in Big Eye Road is marked in blue.

Note that

every change in the colors in Big Eye Road starts a new column.
Tie results do not change anything.

Small Road

The arrows illustrate how Small Road is generated from Big Road.

The resulting Small Road looks as follows:

Starting point

The starting point corresponds to cell B3 on the Big Road score card, which is the second result (hand) after the second change in the game. If B3 is empty, the starting point is A4.
Marking the results

For marking any row but A in any column, including the starting point, the cell on the same row of the second previous column is examined.
If that cell contains a result, the cell in Small Road is marked in red.
If that cell is empty, the cell in Small Road is marked in blue. Note that this is the first cell with no corresponding result in the previous column.
All the cells in the same column after the first cell with no corresponding result in the previous column are marked in red in Small Road.
For marking row A in any column, including the starting point, meaning that the game result has changed, the previous column and the second column before that are compared. If the number of results in these is equal, the cell in Small Road is marked in red. If the number of results is not equal, the first cell in Small Road is marked in blue.

Note that

every change in the colors in Small Road starts a new column.
Tie results do not change anything.

Cockroach Road

The arrows illustrate how Cockroach Road is generated from Big Road.

The resulting Cockroach Road looks as follows:

Starting point

The starting point corresponds to cell B4 on the Big Road score card, which is the second result (hand) after the third change in the game. If B4 is empty, the starting point is A5.

Marking the results

For marking any row but A in any column, including the starting point, the cell on the same row of the third previous column is examined.
If that cell contains a result, the cell in Cockroach Road is marked in red.
If that cell is empty, the cell in Cockroach Road is marked in blue. Note that this is the first cell with no corresponding result in the previous column.
All the cells in the same column after the first cell with no corresponding result in the previous column are marked in red in Cockroach Road.
For marking row A in any column, including the starting point, meaning that the game result has changed, the previous column and the third column before that are compared. If the number of results in these is equal, the cell in Cockroach Road is marked in red. If the number of results is not equal, the first cell in Cockroach Road is marked in blue.

Note that

every change in the colors in Cockroach Road starts a new column.
Tie results do not change anything.

Card shuffle

Eight pre-shuffled decks are used in the game. When a new set of pre-shuffled cards arrives at the table, the cards are placed in the shoe and dealer places a divider into the new set of card. Once the divider is dealt, the dealer announces that the cards will be replaced in the following round. Each time a new set of cards arrives at the table, all previous cards are removed. Additional shuffle is performed at the table before placing the new cards into the shoe.

New shoe card burn*: At the beginning of each new shoe, the dealer draws the first card from the shoe face up and then, a number of cards that corresponds to the value of the first card, is burned (i.e. discarded), face down.
* Only available if enabled by your service provider.

Live Baccarat Rules

Your No-Nonsense Guide to Playing Real Money Online Baccarat Games

The favourite of James Bond, Baccarat may be a luck-based game, but there’s still things you need to know.
This guide is packed full of tips and advice to get you started, including the best online casinos at which to play.

Baccarat Basics

Baccarat is a card game played between dealer and player, with quite a strict set of rules. There are three variants of baccarat- punto banco, baccarat chemin de fer and baccarat banque. The typical version played by most casinos and online casinos is punto banco, also called ‘North American baccarat’.

Punto banco baccarat is purely a game of chance. There is no skill element involved, as the outcome of each game is decided by the cards as they are revealed. There is a list of rules which the game must follow, a kind of automated program. With each round or ‘coup’, either the player or banker will win, or there will be a tie.

The cards in baccarat have a point value, with the cards 2 to 9 having their usual value, tens, jacks and queen are worth 0 points and aces are worth 1. If double figures are reached by adding cards together, the rightmost value is used, so a 13 becomes a 3. This means the maximum is 9. The term ‘punto’ refers to the player and ‘banco’ the banker, but these designations are not literally controlled by player and dealer, they are just representatives of the rules. With each coup, two cards are dealt to player and banker with the hopes of getting a total of 8 or 9. Should no resolution be found, more cards are dealt according to strict rules.

Baccarat is not quite as common as other online casino games, but the best casinos will host at least one version. These can vary slightly in rules and appearance.

How to Play Baccarat Like an Expert

Stick to these three simple principles and you will be playing baccarat like a pro in no time:

Who has the edge

With standard baccarat, unfortunately there’s little a player can do to moderate victory or failure. The game plays itself out with little input from the player, who can only bet on the banker, player or a tie. In essence, this is a coin toss, though house edge reduces the chances a little.

Banker bet payout

Typically a banker bet pays out 5% less than a player bet to even things out. The player bet is 1 to 1, while the banker is 19 to 20. However, the player bet has a slightly higher house edge than the banker bet.

Avoid the tie bet

The tie bet is usually 8 to 1 and it’s difficult to hit, so most players avoid it unless feeling very lucky.

Win at Baccarat – Our Top Tips

“There’s no player control in punto banco so this game is a coin flip”

“The banker bet has a very small edge over the player bet, but has a commission”

“Avoid the tie bet most of the time”

How to Improve Your Chances of Winning

Improving your chances is difficult with baccarat, since the base punto banco game does not have any player input. However, there are players who swear by using certain betting strategies which help to control how much is being risked. For example, the 1-3-2-4 strategy is recommended, but as with any, there’s no guarantee of success and players must still be willing to risk all money wagered.

The strategy is simple- place the first bet, if it succeeds then place the second. Continue up to the fourth. If a bet fails at any point, start again from the first. The first bet is a single unit, so this might be a bet of £5.

The second bet is three units, so this would be £15. The third is two units, therefore £10. The fourth is four units, which is £20 in this example. The idea is that if the first two bets land, even if the third fails, the player has a profit.

When playing chemin de fer, the generally agreed strategy is to hit on a score of 0 to 4 and stand on a 6 and 7. On a 5, the player can essentially play at random.

Baccarat Rules

Punto banco baccarat follows a set of rules known as the ‘tableau’. The banker and player are each drawn two cards, adding the totals together to get a score, reducing double figures by only using the rightmost digit. If either banker or player has 8 or 9 (a ‘natural’), they win- if they both have it, it’s a tie.

Should neither have 8 or 9, the game follows the rules of the tableau to see what happens next. The player’s rule is checked first, then the banker’s. If the player has an initial total of 0-5, he draws a third card. If the total is 6 or 7, he stands. If the player stands, the banker follows the same rules, drawing on 0-5 and standing on 6-7.

However, if the player drew a third card, the banker has a more complex action:

If Player drew a 2 or 3, Banker draws with 0–4 and stands with 5–7

If Player drew a 4 or 5, Banker draws with 0–5 and stands with 6–7

If Player drew a 6 or 7, Banker draws with 0–6 and stands with 7

If Player drew an 8, Banker draws with 0–2 and stands with 3–7

If Player drew an ace, 9, 10, or face-card, the Banker draws with 0–3 and stands with 4–7

Depending on the casino, in the event of a tie, current bets may remain in place for the next round or they may be reset.

Types of Baccarat

There are several variations on baccarat, both historical and modern.

Super 6 or Punto 2000 is a version where even money is paid on winning banker bets instead of 19 to 20, except when the banker wins with 6, when only 50% of the bet is paid. This has a higher house edge on the banker bet but it’s faster to play.

Chemin de fer is named after the railway because it’s a quicker version of baccarat. A player is designated banker and this changes each round. The banker places a wager and the players have the option to ‘go bank’ and match it, or place their own wagers.

The banker gets two cards as normal but the other two are held in common by the other players. One player is chosen to decide if a third card is drawn, adding an element of choice to the game.

Baccarat Banque is similar to chemin de fer, but the bank stays with one player and the players are dealt cards as two groups, split into two sides, around the chosen banker. Each side wins or loses by the cards dealt to them as a group. Players may choose when to draw a card.

History of Baccarat

Baccarat has a disputed origin, but it seems to have appeared in the 19th century. Some sources believe that it was originally named ‘baccara’ and came to France from Italy, as early as the 15th century, by soldiers returning from the Franco-Italian War.

The term ‘baccara’ means zero and seems to refer to the face cards having 0 value in this game. Some attribute the creation of the game to a man named Felix Falguiere. The original game had four different dealers, each player could be the banker and players could get against each other.

In France, the game became a favourite of King Charles VIII and took off among the aristocracy. Much later in England, the game was popularised by Ian Fleming’s portrayal of it in the James Bond novels. It is believed that punto banco baccarat began in Cuba, catching on as that version of the game spread to mainland America.

Though it never became a common casino game played by the public, it is considered a high-class game played by VIPs, for amazingly high stakes.

Multi-Balance Wallet

Casino.com has the multi-balance wallet feature. This means that your displayed total balance consists of various different parts – your real money balance and your game-specific bonus balance.

The main balance field in the Lobby shows your total available balance. The upwards arrow icon precedes the total balance field. Clicking it opens the detailed balance breakdown dropdown list. The first item in this list is Balance, which shows your Real Money balance. Your game-specific bonuses will follow in this order: Free Spins bonuses, Golden Chip bonuses and then game-specific Real Money bonuses. In the case of Golden Chip bonuses, the amount of winnings received from a particular Golden Chip bonus is also displayed in the balance breakdown.

Clicking on a bonus category opens the corresponding bonus popup window. This window contains additional information about the specific bonus balance and the More Info button, clicking which takes you to the Bonuses page in Cashier.
You can launch a game directly by hovering over the game image and clicking the button that appears. In the case all games for which this bonus applies are not visible simultaneously due to limited space, scroll right to see the entire list.
This popup window does not prohibit other actions in the Lobby. You can close the popup window by clicking Close.

Your total available balance in a particular game consists of your Real Money balance as well as all the bonuses you can use in this game.

Please note: If your casino offers different client platforms for online gaming, for example Web Client and Download Client, the balance shown may differ per platform. This can happen because some bonuses that have been awarded to you may be platform-specific.

Free Spins Bonuses in Slot Games

You are awarded a certain amount of regular spins that you can have without paying any money.

Free Spins are always played with all paylines activated and the maximum number of coins per line. Free Spins are played one by one. The Free Spins can not be played with the Autoplay feature.

If you have a Free Spins bonus available in a currently open slot game, a special icon is shown on the bottom bar. When opening a slot game in which you have Free Spins left, this icon is blinking, drawing your attention to the available Free Spins. Clicking this icon opens the Free Spins Bonus Panel.

Free Spins Bonus Panel

The Free Spins Bonus Panel can be opened in a game in which you have Free Spins available. It contains the link to the game’s info pages, your current Free Spins balance and the win amount. When the Free Spins Bonus Panel is open, the game is inactive. You can begin a Free Spin by clicking „Spin“ on the Free Spins Bonus Panel.

If a special feature is triggered in the game (for example, a bonus game), the Free Spins Bonus Panel closes and re-opens after the feature. If you open the game info pages, the Free Spins Bonus Panel closes and re-opens when you close the info pages. When resuming a broken game of Free Spins, the Bonus Panel is not re-opened automatically.
When you spend your last Free Spin in a game, the Bonus Panel closes and is removed from the bottom bar.

All game rounds that are played using Free Spins are also distinguished in game history with the icon.

Golden Chip Bonuses in Table Games

Golden Chips are bonus chips that you may be awarded in certain table games. Each Golden Chip has a specific value and can be used for betting instead of regular chips.

If you have Golden Chips available in a currently open table game, Golden Chips are automatically added to the selection of chips on the table. In addition, a special icon is shown on the bottom bar. Clicking this icon opens the Golden Chip menu.

Golden Chip Menu

The Golden Chip menu displays the value and amount of Golden Chips available in a particular game. If you have been awarded Golden Chips of different value, the menu lists all chip values and their amount. Chips of the same value from different bonuses are added up.

By default, Golden Chips of the highest value are selected. You can change the Golden Chip value by selecting the respective chip in the menu.

Clicking the Info button opens a popup with more information on Golden Chips. Click Close to close the popup.

Using Golden Chips

To bet with Golden Chips, first select the desired Golden Chip value and then place a bet as normally. The remaining amount of Golden Chips decreases respectively. Note that:

  • Golden Chips are only accepted as initial bets in the game. Any following activities, such as doubling, shall be deducted from your Real Money balance.
  • In card games, you can not place a Golden Chip and regular chips on the same bet position simultaneously. However, you are welcome to mix a Golden Chip with a Real Money bet in all Roulette games.
  • You can bet only one Golden Chip in each game round. This means that in multihand games, the Golden Chip can be placed on one hand only.

In the case of a tie or push, your bet Golden Chip will be returned to you.

The La Partage rule used in Premium French Roulette games also applies for Golden Chip bets. If you bet a Golden Chip in Premium French Roulette and the spin outcome is zero, then half of the wagered Golden Chip value will be awarded to you.
Note that if the wagered Golden Chip value is not equally divisible, then the amount paid out to you will be rounded down to the nearest cent. For example, if you have wagered a Golden Chip worth 5 cents and the spin outcome is zero, then 2 cents of the wagered Golden Chip value will be awarded to you.

When your Golden Chip bet wins, the value of the winning Golden Chip is deducted from your win amount.

All game rounds that are played using Golden Chips are also distinguished in game history with the corresponding icon .

Professional Gambler Answers: How to Become a Casino Pro?

So, what exactly is a professional gambler? A professional gambler is a person who lives from gambling and spends most of his time at the casinos. Professional gamblers are actually earning their paychecks by making the right bets when they play at the live casino tables, and it will usually be way more than the average salary. In this article, I will go over some general misconceptions about casino gaming as well as go over a few real-world examples, gathered from several friends of mine who are professional Advantage Players. We won’t give out real names or when these “adventures” occurred, but rest assured this is about as truthful as an accounting of what real-world play is like.

The gambler lifestyle has been portrayed by Hollywood, and more so, by commercials for casinos, to be a glamorous one. Men are always dressed sharply and women are in their best gowns and, both seem to be having a wonderful time. They are winning money, eating at 5-star restaurants and drinking the best champagne. This is all done to entice the average person to come to the casinos and gamble, but more importantly to lose the maximum amount of money they can. The reality of the casino gaming world is very different.

HOW TO BECOME A PROFESSIONAL GAMBLER

The first thing a player must do is forget everything they have ever seen in the movies or have read that portray the life of a professional gambler. Movies like the blockbuster hit 21 and book from which it is based on Bringing Down the House, by Ben Mezrich are strictly for entertainment purposes. Any relation to how things are is distant. The life of any person who has had success in any field has its shares of ups and downs but for some reason authors who write about gaming particularly ones who have not engaged in Advantage Play take a lot of artistic liberty when telling a story.

One of the things that happen when you take up the first level of Advantage Play, card counting, is that you start noticing blackjack players everywhere. On the graveyard shift in Las Vegas casino, you can find a card counter at least one of their tables. These people all have varying levels of skill. Some are strict blackjack basic strategy players with a minimal bet spread while others use all of the adjusted strategy plays and have an aggressive bet spread. Additionally, some use the basic Hi-Lo counting method, while others use the more advanced counting systems. The point is there are several ways to attack casino games and, specifically Blackjack, and the more complex the system is, the less likely the technique will be discovered.

Professional gambler is counting cards

There is a lot of lore that surrounds professional gamblers. Most have a kernel of truth to them but some are without a doubt embellished. One such story revolves around a new player who goes by the name el Gordito. As it goes, Gordito, during his infinite card counting days he was stopped for speeding on his way back to southern California from Las Vegas weekend trip. He told the woman CHP officer that he was in a rush to get home to tell his wife about a sizable win at the blackjack tables. He let it slip that he was a “semipro” blackjack player.

The story continues that the next thing he knew the officer was asking him questions like whether or not it was correct to split a pair of 2s when double after split is allowed. He claims that he got out a deck of cards and, while she held the flashlight, played a few hands on the hood of his car. The part about playing cards on the hood of his car, illuminated by a flashlight seems a bit of a stretch, but I know a few people who know the el Gordito very well, and they believe he was highly capable to talk his way out of the ticket.

Gambling is appealing because of it’s simple to play and most people have a good time with the games. Games can be played just for fun and with minimal losses; but, the vast majority of player’s do not win.

Sometimes when players don’t have good results they question their skills. The reality is Advantage Gaming is a gloomy business when you’re on a losing streak. You begin to speculate about which curve of what fluctuation you were born. But, when you are on the positive side of the spectrum it’s like taking candy from a candy-hating baby. The hard truth is that the mentality of professional Advantage Casino player is that equal to a manic depressant. Most beginning and novice players are either very high or very low. Only most elite professionals can curb their emotional state to the point where it doesn’t affect other aspects of their lives.

Professional gambler is counting casino chips

The blackjack mathematicians refer to a card counter’s financial journey through good and bad times as a random walk with an upward drift. This definition really only applies to multi-deck shoe games and it does not account for the ups and downs of single-deck blackjack. Single-deck is too often like a sweaty calamitous trip through heaven and hell. The swings are exceptionally dramatic and push the bounds of your own sanity. Overall the casinos give you decent chance to win, and that’s all an Advantage Player can hope for.

The literature on advantage play is filled with techniques and statistical formulas. Most of it is provided by professional players who bet at the black chip level, or from academic gaming scientists. So the information that they share is pretty solid. To be fair some of the claims by some authors are pretty absurd, so be careful what you choose to believe. Another thing worth noting is that the best techniques are usually shared only with a few other top players in only the very top echelons of this elite field.

A common question is; what is it like for the average i-computers online casino player? Since many players are only part-time players or gaming hobbyists, it might be interesting to review the playing records and experiences of a serious nonprofessional beginning card counter. A retired player who I will call Wild Bill has generously donated his complete first years’ records as a blackjack player. It should be noted that these records are over 30 years old.

AN INTERVIEW WITH A PROFESSIONAL GAMBLER

I asked Wild Bill what did he learned after his first year of Blackjack play? He responded that he learned two valuable lessons they were: The lesson of Losing and The lesson of Winning.

TIP #1: LOSING

After a major loss you will question your skill level. Wild Bill says one thing you will come to understand is that after a big loss the money comes back fast, and you are unlikely to have another big loss for a while. You have to trust the system.

TIP #2: WINNING

The lesson of winning is “don’t be too greedy”. Several small wins are just as good as one large win. Even when a game is super good you don’t want too much face time with the pit bosses. Get a win and get out. The standard rule is play as long as the game is good, but I would expand it to play as long as the game is good and you are not getting any attention.

Practice is a great training tool, but the only way to learn to deal with the financial swings of professional gambling and the associated emotional swings is to play for real money. Simply stated the only way to learn to play for keeps is to play for keeps. Study helps, simulation helps but, sooner or later you have to put the money out. Some people’s hands shake when they first put out a big bet but after some time, they won’t anymore. Some things are only learned through experience and professional advantage gaming is one of them. This article, as well as other books and stories, can give you brief insights but nothing will ever replace the experience you will gain from real-life play.

How did you get the nickname Wild Bill?  And how does Professional Gambler get a nickname?

“I’ll take the second part first. Gambling nicknames are usually given to you by another professional gambler or potential teammate, usually early on in your playing career. I have been given several nicknames over the years. Sahara Dave and Tuscany Tom are some of the other names I’ve been assigned. The name Wild Bill was given to me by a potential team whom I first met at Wild Bills gambling saloon.”

How about the names Sahara Dave and Tuscany Tom?

“The name Sahara Dave came about through an introduction that was made by a friend of mine with another professional gambler. We talked on the phone briefly and decided to meet at a restaurant on Sahara Ave in Las Vegas. When we first met I told him my name was Dave. After the meeting, I was comfortable enough to tell him ‘Hey my real name is Mike.’  He replied, ‘Sorry, but I’ve already put you in my phone as Sahara Dave.’  So that’s how that name came about. The Tuscany Tom name came about in a similar way. A lot of players get their nicknames in that way.”

How long have you been gambling professionally?

“I have been in gaming for the better part of 40 years. At first, it was just on vacations than on a once a month basis and, eventually, it was every weekend. At that point, I was treating it as a part-time job. I was able to move into the professional gambler occupation in my late 50s. I had saved enough and learned enough over the years that it was very doable so I decided let’s give it a shot.”

As a Professional Gambler which game do you mainly focus on?

“The essence of a professional gambler is to always be looking for opportunities. The classics game that everyone professional gamblers started with is blackjack. That game will always be there, but making money on that game is getting harder and harder every day. This leads a professional gambler to look for new opportunities. Every game is beatable given the right set of circumstances; the player just has to know what to look for. This involves a lot of game scouting, which can be very time-consuming. A player has to think of a way to beat a casino game and then test it via computer simulation, usually, they have to write the computer program themselves and see if it works. This approach involves a lot of studies and a lot of thinking. There are only a few resources that offer these next level insights. The most complete resource is the rare books section at the UNLV library in Las Vegas.

“In general we look for value in our betting, adhere to a solid mathematics strategy and hope for the best. A good professional gambler or rather a good advantage player has a vast tool belt because we know a good game can go away overnight but at the same time we know a new opportunity can easily pop up.”

What does the typical day of a Professional Gambler look like?

“First, there is no typical day for a professional gambler. And it really depends on what game we are attacking. When we do play, a lot relies on blending in with the crowd. So we make an effort to see what conventions are in town and blend in with them. Another case is when we are attacking a 3 card poker game using hole carding methods we may spend a day or two scouting dealer and games and try to gain schedule information from dealers asking them questions like “ You are always working don’t you ever get a day off?”  Fortunately for us, dealers volunteer their schedules with minimal effort.”

Where do you gamble? Online or Land-based casinos?

“Everywhere. Being a high-level professional gambler relies on being able to recognize opportunities as they present themselves. You have to remain fluid in your practice, and this relies heavily on critical thinking. Anyone can apply a system the real talent relies on developing the system and of course not getting caught. That being said I travel extensively to casinos all over the world, but mostly in the US as well as using VPNs (virtual remote access points), to get access to an online casino. I do this when I see an opportunity at these online casinos. A lot of the online opportunities rely on sticky bonuses where if you play some amount you get additional funds to play with. Some bonuses are sign up bonuses, so you go where there are opportunities. The internet has a lot of resources where players can evaluate the current opportunities.”

What was your previous occupation, and how do you relate it to the job of a professional Gambler?

“I was trained as an Attorney and did practice for almost 30 years. Relating it to my role as a professional gambler is pretty straightforward. Many people relate professional gamblers to stock traders. And I can see that argument because of the value-seeking and the financial swings that can occur. But I think it has a lot more in common with being a lawyer, especially a defense attorney. Because both have the objective of finding and exploiting loopholes in any given system. That’s why both lawyers and professional gamblers are loathed by establishments.”

How’s the casino gambling landscape evolved over the past few decades and what will it look like for professional gamblers in a decade?

“On one hand over the past 20 years, the environment has gotten a lot harder for professional players. Straight card counting is pretty much an impossible task. Live blackjack games have also gotten a lot harder to beat with the advent of continuous shuffle machines and 8 deck shoes where the dealer cuts two decks off. But on the other hand, the increase in the number of casino games that are offered by casinos gives a lot more opportunity for the astute player. Casinos, in general, are reducing comps dramatically to their players and this also has a negative impact on the professional gamblers bottom line. So over the years, it has gotten progressively worse for the professional gambler.

“In the future, I don’t see this trend changing. A lot of casinos in Las Vegas are charging their guests for parking and this does not make the gambler happy. Comps continue to fall and games get tighter and tighter, so professional gamblers will have to look harder and, think faster than they ever have in the past if they want to continue to make money.”
